FORGIVE MY MESS
Below are my three most complete works in progress, each in their first draft stage. I have several other works in progress that are half way finished or simply a few pages long. As they grow, I will add them to this page.

A Butterfly's Kiss
Having your memories stolen is terrible, but learning you were responsible for losing them is heart wrenching.
​
Talli believes her life couldn't get any worse. Branded a criminal due to her unexplained scars, she spends her days shoveling manure and rubbish that litter the roads of the village. A man, claiming to be a prince from another wold, appears and explains that her real name is Trystil, a hero to all. Talli denies it all, even laughing at the thought of her as a hero. The Prince assures her that all he stated was true and that her memories had been stolen from her.

Prince Drydan needs Trystil to believe him. Abritia is on the eve of war, his father has been murdered, citizens have vanished, and his best friend, and advisor to his father, is responsible for it all. If peace is to return to Abritia, he needs Trystil...and her memories.

Discoveries are made that shake not only all Talli knows, but the reality that Abritia faces. All Talli needs to do is let go and trust both Prince Drydan and herself.

Dr. Avery Young felt certain she was human, but recent events have her questioning how well she knows herself.

Insols
Faith Harrison has witnessed many abandon their humanity in an attempt to be more than human, and now, she stood on the cusp of helping another fall.

A knock on her secluded cabin in Alaska reveals that others may have succeeded where she is failing. An Insol. One with abilities beyond human. General Hunt, who brought the Insol to her attention, drugs and kidnaps Faith.

Aaron Dawson was born with abilities that many would die to possess. He has done well to keep them hidden, or so he thought. Aaron is kidnapped and wakes up strapped to a table, unable to use his abilities. With no hope of escaping on his own, he attempts to befriend Faith, the scientist that comes into his room, but believes she is more interested in his blood than helping him.

Faith discovers that Aaron and her are not the only ones being held against their wills. The only way to save the others is to create a serum which will create more Insols. In order to escape, she must convince Aaron that she is as much a prisoner as him
